RRB NTPC Admit Card 2021 Phase 3 has been released by Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs. Candidates can download RRB NTPC Admit Card and check their exam date, venue, and Free Travel Pass (For SC/ST Candidates) in the 3rd Phase on various RRBs such as RRB Ajmer, RRB Ranchi, RRB Thiruvananthapuram, RRB Secunderabad, etc.
The necessary intimation is also being sent to all those candidates scheduled in the 3rd phase to their E-mail and Mobile numbers given in their online Application.
On 20 Jan, Railways has uploaded an important notice regarding the Online Phase 3 Exam for Non-Technical Popular Category Posts (NTPC). As per the notice, RRB NTPC Exam for 28 lakhs candidates in the third phase is scheduled from 31 January 2021 to 12 February 2021.

How to Download RRB NTPC Admit Card 2020-21?
- Go to the official website of RRB. For example – rrbkolkata.gov.in
- Click on the link ‘ CEN 01/2019(NTPC)- Link for downloading the e-call letter, Exam City & date intimation slip, Free Travel Authority for SC/ST ‘
- Enter your ‘Registration Number’ and Select ‘Date of Birth’ (Eg. 26/01/2001)
- Click on the ‘Login Button’
- RRB NTPC Call Letter will appear on your screen
- Take a print of RRB Admit Card 2021
RRB NTPC Exam Day Instructions:
- Reporting time: Reach the examination center one hour prior to the reporting time.
- The candidates should follow the guidelines given below during the exam.
- Banned items: Mobile phones, blue tooth, pen drive, laptops, calculators, wristwatches, pen/pencil, wallet/purses, belts, shoes, and metallic wears including ornaments, etc are prohibited.
- Unfair means: Candidates found using unfair means will be debarred from the exam.
- Self-Declaration and Left Thumb Impression: Candidates will be asked to write the self-declaration, affix Left Thumb Impression (LTI) in the presence of the invigilator.
RRB NTPC COVID 19 Guidelines
- Wearing masks: Candidates will have to wear masks while appearing for the exam.
- Social distancing: Adhering to the guidelines issued by the Government of India, candidates should maintain social distancing.
- Sanitization: The exam center will be properly sanitized after the completion of each exam shift.
- Admit Card: The examination authority will scan the admit card through the barcode available on the same.
RRB NTPC Exam Pattern
RRB NTPC Online Exam will be conducted in 2 stages. There will be 100 questions of 100 marks on:

Negative marking for incorrect answers will be done. 1/3rd of the marks allotted for each question shall be deducted for each wrong answer.

- General Awareness – Current Events of National and International Importance, Games and Sports, Art and Culture of India, Indian Literature, Monuments and Places of India, General Science and Life Science (up to 10th CBSE), History of India and Freedom Struggle, Physical, Social and Economic Geography of India and World, Indian Polity and Governance- constitution and political system, General Scientific and Technological Developments including Space and Nuclear Program of India, UN and Other important World Organizations, Environmental Issues Concerning India and World at Large, Basics of Computers and Computer Applications, Common Abbreviations, Transport Systems in India, Indian Economy, Famous Personalities of India and World, Flagship Government Programs, Flora and Fauna of India, Important Government and Public Sector Organizations of India, etc.
- Maths – Number System, Decimals, Fractions, LCM, HCF, Ratio and Proportions, Percentage, Mensuration, Time and Work, Time and Distance, Simple and Compound Interest, Profit and Loss, Elementary Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry, Elementary Statistics, etc.
- General Intelligence and Reasoning – Analogies, Completion of Number and Alphabetical Series, Coding and Decoding, Mathematical Operations, Similarities and Differences, Relationships, Analytical Reasoning, Syllogism, Jumbling, Venn Diagrams, Puzzle, Data Sufficiency, Statement- Conclusion, Statement- Courses of Action, Decision Making, Maps, Interpretation of Graphs, etc.
RRB NTPC Passing Marks (Category-wise):
The candidates are required to score a minimum of the following marks
- UR- 40%
- EWS – 40%
- OBC (Non creamy layer) – 30%
- SC-30%
- ST-25%
RRB NTPC Selection Process
Candidates shortlisted in RRB NTPC CBT Phase 1 exam will be called for RRB NTPC CBT Phase 2 exam Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Typing Skill Test/Computer Based Aptitude Test (as applicable) and Document Verification/Medical Examination.
According to the official notification, selected candidates, in RRB NTPC CBT 2020 exam, will be called for the Skill Test (Computer-based Aptitude Test for Station Master and Traffic Assistant, Typing Skill Test for Junior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Time Keeper, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Senior Clerk cum Typist, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist, and Senior Time Keeper). For Trains Clerk, Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Goods Guard, Senior Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Commercial Apprentice, there shall be two-stage CBT followed by document verification and medical examination.

RRB NTPC CBT is being conducted for the recruitment of 3508 vacancies for the post of Jr Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Jr Time Keeper, Trains Clerk, Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Traffic Assistant, Goods Guard, Commercial Apprentice, Station Master, etc., in various departments of Indian Railways.
A total of 23 lakhs candidates appeared in RRB NTPC Exam 2020 scheduled from 28 December to 13 January 2021 (Wednesday). RRB NTPC Exam for 2nd Phase is scheduled from 16 January to 31 January 2021.
